Chicken Biryani Recipe

Chicken Biryani is a luxurious delight known worldwide and loved by all. A beautiful melange of chicken layered with long grain basmati rice and then slow-cooked (dum) to perfection.

Wash the rice and soak it for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes take it in the wok and add some cumin seeds, cardamom seeds, a little cinnamon salt, and necessary water, cook until the rice is ready.

Heat the oil in the pressure cooker, add the onion, and brown until the color changes to brown. Add the garlic paste with ginger and brown until obtaining a pleasant aroma.

Add tomato, a little salt, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and chicken masala, mix all ingredients together and cook for 3 minutes over medium-low heat.

Add chicken pieces to the mixture and mix well, cover lid, and cook until chicken is done, simmer and continue jumping in the middle.

Take 2 bowls and take 2 tablespoons of cooked rice in each, add 2 tablespoons of milk in each, add the sweet saffron in a wetter bowl. Keep aside.

Open the lid and explode BIRYANI MASALA if you see dry masala, then add 2 tablespoons of curd, without adding water.

Cover the chicken masala with cooked rice, cover the lid and simmer for 5 minutes. Put out the flame. After releasing the air from the pressure cooker, open the lid and distribute the colored rice that we soak separately with the milk.
