This dry vegetable recipe is very easy to prepare and the best thing about this recipe is that you can add vegetables according to your tastes. You can also add seasonal vegetables to accentuate the flavor. It is recommended to soak the vegetables in warm water with a pinch of salt for an hour. This helps remove adultrants from fresh vegetables. Take a cutting board, cut lots of onion, tomatoes, green peppers, and ginger. Rinse and grate the rest of the vegetables.

Take a frying pan, heat the oil in a frying pan. Add some mustard seeds, once the crispy mustard add carrots, potatoes, cauliflower and cabbage along with the salt and add the INDIAN MASSAL. You can choose the spices yourself to improve the flavor. Let the mixture cook for about 10 minutes. Mix contents well in skillet, stirring frequently. Keep the pan on low heat.
