Tandoori Chicken Curry Recipe

First, wash the chicken under running water and set it aside. Now take a non-stick frying pan and pour a little oil. Then add the Tandoori curry

On the other hand, marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric powder , TANDOORI Curry and lemon juice, and set it aside for 20-30 minutes. Now, using a grinder, grind the onion and 1 cup of water to make a thick consistency puree and set aside until necessary. Wash the grinder and put the cashews in it and add 1 cup of water. Make a smooth cashew paste. Again, wash the grinder and grind the red chiles with 1/2 cup of water to form a thick consistency paste.

Next, take a saucepan and add the onion puree with the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes. Add the tomato puree to the pan and cook for another 2 minutes. Meanwhile, add salt to taste and red pepper paste and cover the pan with a lid.

Then add the marinated chicken pieces in the sauce and cook for another 15-20 minutes with the lid on the pan, after 15-20 minutes check if the chicken pieces are cooked properly. Now add the cashews and chili paste to the mixture and cook for another 2 minutes.

Let the chicken curry cook for another 5 minutes, then turn off the heat. Decorate the curry with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or paratha. naan, bread, rice
Indian MASALA in Daal (lentils)
Cook the dal under pressure with 2 1/2 cups of water until fully cooked and easily crushed with two fingers. Use a whisk or spoon to squeeze the dal further to make it almost smooth.

Heat the oil and butter in a frying pan and crush the garlic. Fry the garlic until it turns light brown, without burning, and add the broken green peppers, ginger, and garlic paste.

Cook for 30 seconds and add the onions. Fry the onions until they are translucent and add the tomatoes, the INDIAN MASALA, and the salt if desired.

Cook until the tomatoes are completely broken and softened. At this point, add the dal and a little water if necessary. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5-7 minutes and add the lemon juice

Turn off the heat and add the chopped end of the coriander cooker, then add the garam masala after cooking

Serve hot with rice, slices, naan, bread.
